Morning bird visit Singing song at early dawn Helps me through the day.

You might need some rest. Find comfort in your routine Restore. Renew. Heal.

Let your voice be heard As injustice takes over Together we sing.

Chaos surrounds us Look within for direction You’ll see your way back.

Rain can bring good luck Turn gloomy to liquid light Clear sailing right through.

Pink purple sunset Eases us to end of day With soothing murmurs.

Bouquet of flowers Tulips. Lilies. Daffodils. Love from me to you.

Pit in your stomach? You’re not alone. Have courage. There’s strength in numbers.

If you’re out of sorts Think colors of a rainbow … Feel some hope and light?

Take in the beauty Layers of morning soft light Easing you onward.

One action taken Leads to many steps forward Rinse, rinse and repeat.

Soft haunting cooing Mourning dove perches on fence Brings message of peace.

Hug your loved ones close In moments of deep sadness Share your beating hearts.

Light in the distance. Offers a beacon of hope It’s your own lighthouse.

While birds sing round us Their songs may go unnoticed But one’s just for YOU.

Courage is needed.  Push back. Speak up. Help others. Keep the truth alive.

Chilly winds blow in On top of winter freezes Hearts keep warm inside.

You need a cuppa Sit right down. Take a moment. Drink up and renew.

Moon sliver rises  Singing hymns to the darkness Amen to the night.

You are not alone The strength of community Gives rise to power.
